The End (2012)

The End (2012-2013) [Son], is a Turkish psychological thriller television series directed by Ezel’s director Uluc Bayraktar and produced by Ay Yapım. It stars Yigit Ozsener, Nehir Erdogan, Erkan Can, Berrak Tuzunatac and Engin Altan Düzyatan. It aired on ATV from January 9, 2012 to June 25, 2013.

There are three types of women, women who are married to their home, women who are married to their children, and women who are married to their husbands. Aylin (Nehir Erdogan) adores her husband and is devoted to her son. She is in a loving relationship. However, one day she drops Selim (Yigit Ozsener) off at the airport and then sees on TV that his plane has crashed and there are no survivors. It isn’t long before the airline realizes Selim’s name was not on the passenger list and that he never boarded the plane. Looking at the airport surveillance cameras, she discovers that Selim never boarded the plane. Instead, he went directly to arrivals where he met a mysterious woman with a child, who was arriving from Iran. Aylin soon discovers that the life she’s been living is all a lie. Nothing is as it seems. What she thought was a happy marriage between a couple who had a trusting relationship, and who loved one another and their son Omer (Emir Geylan) was simply a facade.
