Angry Mom (2015) [Aenggeurimam] is a South Korean television series directed by Ashbun and starring Kim Hee-sun, Kim Yoo-jung, and Ji Hyun-woo, Go Soo Hee and Ji Soo. It aired on MBC from March 18, 2015 through May 7, 2015. The screenplay for the show was nominated for the Excellence Award at MBC’s 2014 Script Contest.
When Jo Kang Ja (Kim Yoo-jung) learns that her daughter, Oh Ah Ran (Kim You Jung) is being bullied and intimidated by classmates, she decides to enroll in the high school as an undercover student to teach the bullies a lesson. Having been a gang member in high school, she is no one to tackle with. However, Jo Kang Ja finds herself tackling many other issues at the private school, which has become corrupt from the top down and is endangering the students.
