At that small restaurant in the seaside town, the child, Lee Kang, had cooked a delicious meal for a hungry child, Moon Cha Young (Ha Ji-won). His kindness and the good food in part inspired her to become a world-famous chef. Many years later the two meet again while working in a hospice ward, he as a doctor, she as the chef.
