Memorist (2020)

Memorist (2020) [Memoriseuteu] is a South Korean mystery thriller television series starring Yoo Seung-ho, Lee Se-young and Jo Sung-ha. The series is based on the 2016–2018 Daum webtoon of the same name by Jae Hoo, it aired on tvN from March 11, 2020 through April 30, 2020. Memorist is coming to Netflix soon.

Since high school, the very handsome Dong Baek (Yoo Seung-ho) has had the power to read people’s memories by simply touching them. He becomes a superstar police detective solving crimes using his supernatural ability, but also using his fists, to the consternation of his superiors. To solve a string of serial murders, Dong Baek teams up with Han Sun-mi (Lee Se-young), a young, very talented lawyer, with a doctorate in criminal psychology. She is a senior superintendent on the police force, a top criminal profiler and she is driven to do what she does by a secret from her past. The two highly skilled professionals find themselves working together to stop the killer and prevent further deaths. However, as they pursue the killer, the truth about their individual troubled pasts begins to unravel, and the murders quickly become far more convoluted than anything they had foreseen.
